Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incident to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Upon admission, ticket holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and venue rules. Failure to comply with venue rules may result in ejection from the event. Ejection cancels this ticket and forfeits any claim to a refund. This ticket can not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Lost and/or stolen tickets will not be honored. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored. Any claim for canceled events is limited to a refund of the face value of the ticket which is the value displayed on the ticket and does not include service and/or delivery fees. Claims must be filed with the event organizer no later than 14 days after the event was to occur. By using this website, you agree that any ticket transactions with Weedsport Speedway without regard to conflict of laws principle.

By purchasing the ticket and participating in the event you give the Speedway the right to use your and/or the Minor(s)’s name(s), image(s), likeness(es), voice(s), statements, performance(s), title(s) and/or any biographical information (collectively “Property” unless more specifically described in “Property” above) captured in connection with your and/or the Minor(s)’s attendance at or participation in the Event and for other purposes as the Speedway may see fit from time to time; the right to photograph, record, film, create audio, and/or audiovisual work(s), transcribe or otherwise capture your and/or the Minor(s)’s name(s), voice(s), statement(s), performance(s), image(s) and/or likeness(s) in connection with your and/or Minor(s)’s attendance at or participation in the Event, including without limitation, the right to edit, adapt and format at the discretion of the Speedway and for other purposes the right to use images captured at the event for publicity, promotional, advertising, marketing, sales, training and/or educational purposes, throughout the world, in any print, broadcast, electronic, digital, web-based, mobile, social networking or other media now known or later developed, without limitation as to the date or duration of such use and relinquish all right, title and interest you may have in the original negatives or sound or video recordings or any finished pictures, reproductions and copies of the Property developed as a result of your attendance and/or participation in the Event, and consent to the Speedway obtaining such legal protection of its rights as may be available and for myself and as Guardian, hereby waive any right that we may have to any remuneration for the Property and any right to inspect or approve the finished work incorporating the Property and hereby release and discharge the Speedway and its and their officers, directors, trustees, agents and employees, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Property, the Event and foregoing activities.
